Critical Initiative 15: Extended learning opportunities: TCS will secure additional grants for 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) for all Title I schools in an effort to provide extended learning opportunities that include broad range of programs that provide students with academic, enrichment, and supervised activities beyond the school day and during the summer.
