Conductors: Analyze the composition and properties of conductors. Explain how the markings on a conductor relate to the physical properties of the conductor, including the insulation and jacket material, conductor size and type, number of conductors, temperature rating, voltage rating, and permitted uses of the conductor. Inspect electrical charts and tables to determine the ampacity of a given conductor and to draw conclusions about the relationships among the physical properties of a conductor, such as size and ampacity.
