Language and Literature Criterion A - Analyzing: Analyzes the content, context, language, structure, technique and style of text(s) and the relationship among texts, the effects of the creator's choices on an audience, justifies opinions and ideas, using examples, explanations and terminology, and evaluates similarities and differences by connecting features across and within genres and texts

Language and Literature Criterion B - Organizing: Understands and be able to organize ideas and opinions using a range of appropriate conventions for different forms and purposes of communication, recognizes the importance of maintaining academic honesty by respecting intellectual property rights and referencing all sources accurately
