All of creation is a gift from God. God created all things out of nothing. 

God created the heavens, the sun, the moon, the stars and the earth.  

Everything God made is good. God cares for creation and wants people to care for all creation.  

God created the angels. God gives each person a guardian angel to watch and protect people. Angels serve as God's messengers. 

God created animals to help people and be enjoyed by all of mankind .

God created people in His image and likeness. 

God's love makes all people special and unique. God loves all people.  

The human body is a gift from a loving God.  

God gives His people many talents. 

God's people praise God with their talents. 

God gives all people feelings. 

God is all-knowing. God knows and loves people when they are happy or sad.  

God wants people to respect, show kindness and be caring toward others.  

The five senses are gifts from God.  

The senses are used to discover God's world.  

God wants all people to love and care for each other. 

Families help each other learn about God. Jesus, Mary and Joseph are known as the Holy Family. 

People show God's love by treating others fairly.

Mary loved God very much. God asked Mary to be the mother of His Son, Jesus Christ.  

Jesus Christ is both God and man. 

Jesus Christ is present during the celebration of the Eucharist. 

The Mass helps Christians celebrate and live God's love as Jesus Christ did. Catholics keep Sunday holy by attending Mass.  

Jesus Christ showed us how to pray. The Our Father is a prayer Jesus taught.  

The Sacrament of Baptism makes people children of God and members of the Catholic Church. 

Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the second person of the Blessed Trinity. Jesus lives in heaven with God, His Father. 

Jesus Christ suffered, died, rose from the dead and ascended into heaven.  

Jesus, Mary and Joseph showed their love for one another. Jesus Christ grew up in a family.  

Mary continues to show her love for others today.  

Christians ask Mary for help and honor her on special days.
