God is all-powerful, all-knowing and ever-present. 

All creation is a gift of the one true God

Mary is Jesus Christ's mother, the mother of God. Joseph is Jesus Christ's foster father on Earth. 

Mary continues to show her love to God's people today.  

God wants people to love and care for families.

Jesus Christ died on the cross for all sinners and rose from the dead on the third day.

Jesus Christ showed the disciples how to pray. Prayer is a way to talk to God. Catholics begin prayer with the sign of the cross.  

Followers of Jesus Christ gather in Church to pray and to celebrate Mass. Sunday is a special day for the Church. 

Priests lead Catholics in the Mass, the Church's greatest prayer, to praise and thank God the Father.  

Christian families gather to pray together. 

Followers of Jesus Christ can pray daily anywhere and at anytime. Special times to pray are in the morning, before and after meals, and at bedtime.  

Jesus Christ taught the disciples to ask God for what is needed. 

The Bible is a special book about God. It is a book of God's love for people. 

Saints are persons who lived lives of holiness. 

The Church celebrates different seasons in the year.
